RENTAL POLICIES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

For deposits and payments we accept cash, checks, American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard, . No deposit required if the person renting has an established account with Stanford. Stanford offers authorized factory sales and service for a number of manufacturer/vendors.

ACCESSORIES

Equipment accessories, i.e. drill bits, hammer drill bits, router bits, saw blades, safety equipment and hoses are extra.

RENTAL RATES
  • Charges are determined from time-out to time-in basis. (Not by actual hours used)
  • Day rates apply for 24 hours from time-out to time-in.
  • Some equipment has a 4 hour rate from time-out to time-in for customers who do not need to rent for an entire day.
  • Charges are made for total time the equipment was out of the store, including Sundays and Holidays.
  • A cleaning charge may be added if equipment is returned dirty.
  • Rental rates do not include pick-up or delivery.
  • Pick-up and delivery available.
FUEL

All equipment is rented with full fuel tanks. Two cycle equipment is rented with a full fuel tank and a one gallon container of two-cycle fuel mix.
